Login Issues

If you are struggling to Log into TrackIt ensure that all fields are correct including your Truck ID and Driver ID. Low Cellular coverage can cause dificulty in logging in and this can be checked by the condition of the bars beside the battery remaining percentage. Login Errors →

Load Information Card not changing

If you notice the Load Properties card Value not changing this could be due to your magnets or sensor becoming faulty. Please follow the below link to check these and if needed report to you Leading Hand/ Plant Mnager for referral to the Support Team Barrel Sensor Check →

If your navigation stops routing or changes destination, return to the TrackIt App Home Screen and select the card again. This forces the reload of the Route and should then continue for you.

The Lights on the DCM or SensorLink box are very helpful. This page will show properly functioning lights and can be checked against your situation.
