Entering Break

This section will show you how to enter a Break Status on TrackIt App on the In Cab Tablet

Status Cards are shown through out the delivery cycle and repeated over the course of the day. These will appear at different Statuses and will not be viewable at all times through out the Day.

ReadyMix Driver

To take a planned break throughout the day follow the below steps.

Enter the messages screen and send the appropriate canned message form here to the allocators, 15 minute and 30 minute options are saved in there to use but if you need a different time please send a message using the reply box.

You will be navigated to your Return Plant Location.

Allocations will send a break proposal, which will appear when you enter your plant return location.

Once you accept this break proposal your break will start shortly after. Please only press this when you are ready to have your break, this allows you to be able to take a break with accurate reporting.

Once you have completed your break you must complete the break by selecting the 3 Dot Menu and then clicking “Complete Break”

Raw Materials Driver

If you are driving a Tipper or Tanker with non expiring product you are able to put yourself onto a break automatically. This also lets allocators and transport know when you are taking breaks. You are able to start a break from any status other than “Loading”, “Loaded”, “Unloading” & “Finish Unloading”.

To Start a Break use the 3-Dot menu to enter the extra statuses screen.
