Making a Call

This section will show you hot make a call on TrackIt App on the In Cab Tablet

To make a call on the TrackIt App use the Talk card. Channels can be searched and selected and you can be put into a call with either a Team (Allocations) or one to one with another Driver or Batcher. Different dynamic channels will appear throughout the day depending on the plant you enter or the ticket you are on.

Talk Card #

This card shows any available channels with a Green ‘Target’ symbol.

Expanded Talk Card #

If you need to see more of the channels; this card can be clicked. This will open up to show all available channels in a scrollable card. You can also use the search function at the top of the card to search for a truck or plant channel.

Active Calls #

When you are in an active call a blue bar will appear at the bottom of the Tablet with Truck Number or Allocator Name
