User Preferences
This section will show you how to set your User Preferences for Filtering in TrackIt Web
These preferences are set on your login and are remembered when logging in again. This is unlike the Dispatch Map which is a temporary Filter of the view. To select the settings click the User Icon in the top right and select Preferences.
Dispatch Preferences
These filters will allow you to select what groups, equipment, equipment types and plants you would like to view. Rememeber these selections are kept and will need to be changed if Dispatch group changes. You are able to change other options such as text / font size, wrapping of text and status update information.
Dispatch/ Payroll Filter
Plants
Will show you trucks assigned to a specific Plant. Able to be multi selected by holding CTL and Clicking
Last Plants
Will show trucks who entered this plant on the last completed load they did
Equipment Types
Will show selected equipment eg. RMX or Tippers
Employee Types
Will show types of Employees currently logged in if used (this is not used in our instance)
Employee Groups
Will show custom groups of Employees currently logged in if used (this is not used in our instance)
Equipment Groups
This will show you the custome groups of equipment. Think of this similar to Dispatch Groups
Status Type
Similar to Equipment Types. Will show only Trucks using specific Status Loops (this is not used in our instance)
Status
Will show you trucks only in a certain status in the delivery cycle
Work Display
Referss to what information will show in the Dispatch Summary →
Font Size
Referss to the font size of the Dispatch Summary →
Header Word Wrap
On the the Dispatch Map the header (Grey Bar at the top of the page) can be word wrapped when window size changes
Header Truncate
On the the Dispatch Map the header (Grey Bar at the top of the page) can be Split when window size changes
Show Status Text
Will show what status the truck is in on the Dispatch Summary
Show Status Time
Will show how long the status the truck has been in on the Dispatch Summary
Show Last Plant
Will show the last plant the truck entered on the Dispatch Summary
Other Tabs
Languages and certain Messaging and Talk settings can also be changed in other tabs here.
Once happy with these changes select save and these will be saved on logout so when you open next time it will show all selected items.
