TrackIt Dispatch Troubleshooting
This section can help troubleshoot issues with the TrackIt Web for the Dispatcher.

Ticket wont clear from Drivers Tablet
If a ticket isnt clearing from the drivers tablet it is likely they may have missed a status. This is either due to a missing or faulty sensor, or a failure in the sensorlink itself. The drivers are able to push themselves into certain statuss so please ensure you remind them.

Truck Position / Status isnt Updating in Dispatch Map
The Truck positioning in TrackIt comes through every 90 seconds but the map with out pressing the refresh icon from the Dispatch Summary List will refresh every 3 minutes. To attempt to fix this immediately
- Confirm driver is logged into Tesys
- Truck Calendar list TrackIt as the Telematics System in Tesys
- Refresh the map to confirm it isnt a refresh issue

Hotspots arent showing on the Dispatch Map
If the Hotspots (Geofences) arent showing on your Dispatch Map please make sure your filtering in set correctly.
