Updating a Ticket
This section will show you how to update the tickets on TrackIt Web.

De-Sync between TrackIt and Tesys can occur for a few different reasons. Some of these include
- Pushing or Completing a Status in Tesys
- Completing a load without diversion
- Logging trucks in or out manually
- Ending planned breaks or handling tasks from Tesys
How to Find a DeSync
Allocators will likely let you know. Easiest way to tell is a mismatch between the TESYS status and the TrackIt Map status.

Complete or Void the Ticket
From this screen find the ticket that needs to be completed. A TrackIt “return” will be a series of numbers not related to Tesys or SAP. The easiest way to find these is to get the Tesys number and Ctrl+ F to find it in the Page.
- Tesys Standard Ticket
- Tesys Schedule Agreement
- Return Run
- Offline or SAP Ticket
Above are examples of tickets so you know what your looking at to complete or void them.
Follow below steps to complete the ticket and return Truck to Sync with Tesys.
Select Ticket Edit by clicking the pencil Icon to the right of the ticket screen.
In the status Drop Down Menu Select “Complete” and then “Next”
Select “Next” for all remaning pop-ups. This is very important not to re-assign the ticket to a new customer or jobsite as it may knock on to other tickets assinged to the same location or customer. There should be Seven screens to click next on before getting to the “Save” Screen.
Break/ Handling preemptive completion
If an allocator completes the break or handling task early the driver will need to action from the tablet end. This can be done by following the guide, Taking a Break.
