TrackIt Reporting

This section will show you how to use the Reports on TrackIt Web.

Overview

This section will show the use of the various reports in TrackIt

Report Main

GPS Fixes

This report will show a breadcrumb map of the trucks actions for the day. Historical Data for a period of 48 hours is available for as long as we have had TrackIt live across the country.

Report Set Up

Report GPS

Select the Date and/or time period. If selecting More Filter Options the selection screen will be as above. Selectable options include

  • Job - This will show all trucks and their movements for the selected Ticket assigned
  • Order - This will show all the trucks and their movements for the selected order assigned
  • Equipment Types - This will show all selected equipment types selected i.e all RMX trucks or all Agg trucks
  • Equipment Groups - This will show all selected Equipment groups i.e NR AGG Trucks or SR RMX Trucks and their movements

If not using More Filter Options you will be able to select a singular truck or by using CTRL + Click; you are able to select multiple individual Trucks to compare. Report GPS Fixes Single

Once you have entered the parameters select View Map; this will launch a new window with the map

Statuses are listed to the right side along with speed and kms travelled. The play and skip buttons are under neath the options

Report GPS Fixes Playback

Play Back options include the speed of marker load; also how many points shown on the map.

  • Whole Trail will show every ping on the map
  • Partial Trail will show the last 40 pings on the map as a rolling event
  • Truck Only will only show the truck Icon moving about the map

Above shows the Whole Trail option selected and a loading event to the north before an unload event. If searching for the specific event the side menu can be clicked to show that event on the map.

Question Summary

This report can be used to show the answers to the Water Entry Question. If unsure whether it was asked to the driver or whether it was answered this can be selected and then able to be searched by ticket number to confirm.

The top 3 highlighted options are the currently used Water Questions for the driver.

This will then show a report that can be searched via the page using CTRL + F. Truck number or Ticket number will show you the correct entries.

Hotspot Time / Breakdown

This report is used to view total time in a Hotspot (geofence); this includes both plants and jobsites. It will also show Workshops and Tip locations if set correctly. Select the time, date and Truck number and then click `View Report'

This report can also use the `More Options’ checkbox to have the same filtering options as GPS Fixes and Question Summary suich as Equipment Type/ Groups.
