Making a Dispatch Call

This section will show you how to make a call to a Truck using Zello Hub and TrackIt Web.

Status Cards are shown through out the delivery cycle and repeated over the course of the day. These will appear at different Statuses and will not be viewable at all times through out the Day.

Load/ Ticket Card

This card will show to you after you have entered the “Waiting for Loading” status (this means you have received a Ticket). This allows you to view the assigned Load and Delivery Information.

This card will show to you after you have entered the “Waiting for Loading” status (this means you have received a Ticket). This allows you to click on the card and view the Route to the Job.

Load Information

This will show both the Load Volume Ticketed, Approximate Load Volume based on Drum Revolutions. Drum Revolutions are shown slightly below this and will also show if you are in a Charging or Discharging Status.

Return Location

This card will show on the “Completion” Status and tell you where to return to after unloading.

Return Navigation

This card will show on the “Completion” Status and let you view the Navigation route for the return location.

Talk Card

This card is how you as the driver will communicate with Allocations and other Trucks. There will be Channels that will change depending on what Job or Ticket you are currently assigned. This will allow you to speak to all other trucks also assigned to the same Job/ TIcket.

This may not be used - Need to check with Noonan regarding Command Batch Integration
