SAP Ticket Reasssigment
While we are working on developing a solution in SAP a work around for Re-assigning loads in SAP is required.
This will occur when you early pull a load into the hopper for Truck A but Truck B is actually first to return. In order for the ticket to display correctly for the right truck; the process below must be followed.
Before cancelling the load create a new one on the right truck
Reverse and Cancel the delivery for Truck A
Select whether the load has been batched or not – If yes; select “To be Reassigned”
Enter in the new delivery number to reassign the hopper load to, if batched
Now re Allocate the ticket to the Correct Truck. This ensure both trucks get the correct information
If this is not done then Truck A keeps the ticket and statuses and Truck B will not see the ticket on their screen
