Using Dispatch View

This section will show you how to use the Dispatch View on TrackIt Web.

Dispatch View is the Screen that will open up to Dispatch Users on Load. This shows you the both the Employee Dispatch and Equipment Dispatch.

Employee Dispatch

Employee Dispatch Screen will show all available Employees in the Dispatch Group Assigned to you. This will allow you to view the employee and see the current status they are in. This is able to be filtered and refreshed also.

Using the Icon in the far left you are able to change the view to resemble the Orginal Status Tracker from TrimView

Equipment Dispatch

This view shows similar to the Employee Dispatch but with Trucks in the Dispatch Group.

Using the Icon in the far left you are able to change the view to resemble the Orginal Status Tracker from TrimView

From this screen the Dispatch Map is available to launch and you can also send the selected truck a message.
