Daily Breakdown Report
This section will show you how to use the Daily Breakdown Report on TrackIt Web.
Overview
The Daily Breakdown Report is Replacing the TrimView Location and Event History. It is now searchable by Equipment Number (Truck Number) or Employee Name or ID. This also allows you to choose to exclude certain items or data from the report if wanted. To access the daily report mouse over the Reports Icon on the left Menu and select Daily Breakdown Report.

Reading the Report

Start Date/ Time
Select the starting date and time here either by selecting from the drop menu or selecting the calender icon.
End Date/ Time
Select the ending date and time here either by selecting from the drop menu or selecting the calender icon. Reports are limited to 2 days or 48 hours total.
Query By
Select a Truck or Equipment number here or if a driver has split their time across 2 or more vehicles us the Employee option.
Include
Inclusions here are multi selected by using the CTL key and clicking each option you would like to include. All items are selected by default.
– Status Changes refers to any manually changes statuses by the driver or any timed auto changing statuses
– Tickets refers to any Tickets sent to the truck. Return locations are sent to the truck as a seperate ticket.
– Hotspots refer to any entry or exits made by the truck
– Location refers to GPS position messages
– Engine Events refers to any engine data sent through to TrackIt
– Engine Data refers to any engine data sent through to TrackIt
– Messages referes to Messages sent to and from the truck

Status Changes
In the report Purple Lines signify a Status Event to the Tablet and a Message sent to or from Tesys. These can be triggered by a few different things; DCM or Sensors, Location or GPS position or manually triggered by the Driver. This will also show any tickets sent to the truck by Dispatch.



Hotpsot Changes
Hotspots are what TrackIt calls Home Plants/ Delivery Sites and Tips. These will show on the report as a Hotspot Type when changing a status. Certain triggers are in place to progress the delivery cycle such as entering a Delivery Site or returning to Plant or a Parking Location.
