Mack
Tools Required
- 1 x T25 Screwdriver
- 1 x Phillips Head Driver
- 1 x Cordless Drill
- 4 x 8G x 20MM Button Head Phillips Drive Screws
- 1 x Y-Cable
- 1 x Sensor Link Adapter Box (Black)
- 1 x DCM (White)
Installation
- Remove Lower Kick Panel 4 x T25 Screws

Locate TVG Unit (If not visible proceed to Step 3, if found move to Step 4)
Remove Upper Dash Panel 4 x T25 Screws ( 2 x against Windshield, 2 x at join with Lower)

- Remove Power and I/O Connection to the TVG Unit

- Connect Y Cable Female Ends to the original Power and I/O Connections

- Connect Shorter Branch of Y Cable to the TVG connections & confirm Status Lights on TVG are Correct (Refer Appendix)

Longer end of cable should be left under bolt hole for upper dash panel for connection to Sensor Link Adapter
Replace all dash panels ensuring the Cable is left hanging out between join of Upper and Lower panels

- DCM and Sensor Link box need to be connected. Cables are colour coded, Black, Red and Blue for their ports on DCM

- Attach both Sensor Link Adapter (Black) and DCM (White) by way of Tek Screws into the storage pocket under cupholders.

Kenworth
Tools Required
- 1 x T4 Screwdriver
- 1 x Phillips Head Driver
- 1 x Cordless Drill
- 4 x 8G x 20MM Button Head Phillips Drive Screws
- 1 x Y-Cable
- 1 x Sensor Link Adapter Box (Black)
- 1 x DCM (White)
Installation
- Remove Lower Kick Panel (Pulls Off)

- Locate TVG Unit (If not visible proceed to Step 3, if found move to Step 4)

- Remove Power and I/O Connection to the TVG Unit

- Connect Y Cable Female Ends to the original Power and I/O Connections

- Connect Shorter Branch of Y Cable to the TVG connections & confirm Status Lights on TVG are Correct (Refer Appendix)

Longer end of cable should be left under bolt hole for upper dash panel for connection to Sensor Link Adapter
Replace all dash panels ensuring the Cable is left hanging out below panel or inbetween tunnel and panel
DCM and Sensor Link box need to be connected. Cables are colour coded, Black, Red and Blue for their ports on DCM

- Attach both Sensor Link Adapter (Black) and DCM (White) by way of Tek Screws into the fitment area

Western Star
Tools Required
- 1 x T4 Screwdriver
- 1 x Phillips Head Driver
- 1 x Cordless Drill
- 4 x 8G x 20MM Button Head Phillips Drive Screws
- 1 x Y-Cable
- 1 x Sensor Link Adapter Box (Black)
- 1 x DCM (White)
Installation
- Remove Storage pocket behind door/ cover


- Locate TVG Unit (If not visible proceed to Step 3, if found move to Step 4)

- Remove Power and I/O Connection to the TVG Unit

- Connect Y Cable Female Ends to the original Power and I/O Connections

- Connect Shorter Branch of Y Cable to the TVG connections & confirm Status Lights on TVG are Correct (Refer Appendix)

Installation
- Remove the lower Dash Panel

- Locate TVG Unit

- Remove Power and I/O Connection to the TVG Unit
