Logging In

Open the application from your device by tapping on the Driver App - Hanson icon (the Hanson logo).

Enter your Employee Number and select Continue

Fit For Duty Declaration

Check that you’ve signed in correctly, and that your name is presented on the screen.

You must confirm that you are Fit For Duty. This confirmation acknowledges all requirements in Hanson’s Fit For Duty policy, including but not limited to you –

  • Holding a valid and correct licence for the class of vehicle
  • Satisfying the requirements of applicable fatigue legislation
  • Being free from the influence of drugs or alcohol

If you are Fit For Duty, tap YES I AM FFD. If you are not Fit for Duty or believe you may not be, tap I AM NOT FFD and then speak to your manager before commencing work.

Driver App Login FFD

The application will perform a check of your prior work and non-work hours to determine if you meet the criteria for working under your applicable fatigue rules. In the event you declare you are not Fit for Duty you will be unable to sign into the app, and you will not be allowed to work until the reason is resolved.

Initial Sign On

When you have declared you are Fit for Duty, you will be presented with the below screen. This lets you pick either or a truck or driver and create Truck Faults.

Create Truck Fault Report

To create a Truck Fault Report, make sure you select the truck from the Current Truck Section.

Once selected you can select Create TFR from the menu Driver App Login FFD

Fault Detail

Enter all the Fault Details similar to a Driver.

Repair Details

If you are creating and closing out the Truck Fault in the same instance fill in the repair details as below. This will be the same field when opening an existing Truck Fault Report and completing.

Close a Truck Fault Report

To close the Truck Fault Report, you must enter the repair date, who completed the repair and the company responsible for completing the repair. There is a checkbox that also must be ticked to confirm that the repair has been tested and is working. Once this is done sign in the area available and click ‘Submit’

Grade a Truck Fault Report

Open the Truck Faults for the selected Truck and select the fault you want to grade.

Once you have the fault open, select its Priority and Repair date

Once filled, scroll past Repair Details and click ‘Submit’. This will update the Truck Fault Report in both the Drivers App and SAP. Driver App Login FFD

Change Truck

To change Trucks, head to the main screen of the app and select ‘Change Truck’.

Log Out

To log out of the app, sleect the menu in the top left and select ‘Log Out’
